Scamp

Adopted by Deb & John, April 2008

Scamp

We decided to adopt a bunny after our rabbit Bugsy died suddenly last Easter leaving his partner Tami alone. We knew from experience that rabbits are happiest in bonded pairs so Tami went off to a rescue centre in Warwick to be bonded again. Tami chose a young grey rabbit called Scamp from Fat Fluffs and after a few days getting to know each other they both came home with us to Halesowen.
Scamp sure lived up to his name, having not been handled much prior to his adoption he used to bite and scratch us whenever we tried to handle him. After some TLC he has now learnt that humans can be quite nice and allows us to groom him and check him over without any fuss. Most of all though he likes spending time with Tami doing rabbity things, after all he is a rabbit!
